The Bulls Copperhead EVO AM 2 is an electric full-suspension mountain bike designed for trail and all-mountain. It combines a powerful Bosch motor, a 150 mm suspension, and a mullet wheel setup to provide comfort, control, and versatility on varied terrain. It's a bike capable of tackling long climbs, technical descents, and sporty hikes.

As you can see in their website, the array of cycling services they provide is quite wide. I had two issues. They offered me a complementary helmet and toolkit, which was very nice of them. When I arrived at my hotel I realized I had no lock, so I had to return. The second one, the lights weren't connected. I was riding on the road at night. Fortunately I had my own light set. They connected the lights the next morning. On a side note to the managers, I would suggest a more compact pump for the toolkit. This would make the whole set really practical. Extra good on their side, I had rented a bike for my mom who is quite active but has some sight and hearing issues. She tried it and decided she did not want it. They refunded the lease, I didn't even ask for that. I have to give them 5 stars. Otherwise I would say 4.

Rented a road bike from Strasbourg. Bike was great and in excellent condition. Communication via email was very quick. 100% would recommend.
