What is excluded:

- intentional damage,
- non-fixed accessories (pump, panniers...)
- flat tires

With Tulip

- In case of damage: Only reimburse 10% of the repair
- In case of theft: Only reimburse 10% of the bike's price

- In case of damage: 100% of the repair costs at your expense
- In case of theft: Reimburse the price of the bike

AMAZING SERVICE AND BIKES! We received a late request for an ebike and very fortunately found the GIANT Cognac location and could not have been happier. We had rented other ebikes from two other companies in the area and the bikes and serve paled in comparison. If I could rent all my bikes from this store in the future I would!
