Wonderful people, bike was excellent. Great bike routes and maps. Bikes equipped with neon vest, flat tire repair kit, pump and lock. I rode nearly 100 miles on many difference surfaces without any tire mishap. I would rent again from Velo Horizon. Oscar and Juliette were very professional and Juliette's English was helpful. The routes are beautiful.

Mael and Juliette were incredibly helpful in my decision to select the gravel bike that I did. As an American living between Angers and Paris, who's never bought a bike in France, I was surprised Juliette was fluent in English... in case there are other anglophones reading this... You're in good hands! They were all super professional, friendly, and no-pressure salespeople allowing me to take my time & answer my questions as I tried to decide between a gravel bike and an ebike. I love this bike! I went there to buy a leg for my bike. After waiting for a long time because the worker was writting bills I show them the bike because some pieces are not compatible with some bikes. However they sold me a material not compatible with my bike. I explained them this point and they say me that i must go to a mechanic car shop for mounting the leg. (A stupid solution when there is not compability and it is a bike not a car and i was in a bike shop). I saw a compatible piece in the shop which also was 5 euros cheaper and i asked for changing. I ask them for a wrench in order to put the piece in my bike because i was doing the loire at velo route. They said me that they would do it for me and after some minutes they gave my bike back. I asked for my 5 euros and they said me that it was the price for mounting the piece. So i answered them to take off the piece and give me back my money because i did not ask for the service. Finally they said me that it was ok and gave me my 5 euros. Probably one of the worst bike shop i have ever been

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
Some of the equipment we rent out is covered automatically for the duration of your rental. Insurance is included in the rental price, and you don't need to pay any additional insurance fees.
