I a touring bike for 3 days to cycle the via Rhona from Geneva to Lyon. It was very easy to pick up and drop off the bike which came with panniers, lock, repair kit and dynamo lights. The friendly staff member put on my own pedals which match my cycle shoes. The bike was a dream to ride and I had no problems. It was very easy to put the bike on the Lyon to Geneva train. A very good experience all round and avoided the complication of bringing my own bike from the UK ( needs to be dismantled and boxed for the Eurostar) . Some of the happiest days cycling of my life. Thank you!
