My experience was very positive! Located near the seaside resorts, this sports shop is more than adequate and very well organized. Everything is clear and easy to see; there's even a fishing section, which is practically essential in this area! The cashier was very friendly and accommodating; she even let me pay quickly because I had to come back 10 minutes after my initial purchases. Thank you very much, madam, and to the management for this lovely shop in Dives. Have a good day!

I think the saleswoman wasn't in a good mood. I arrived and she was on the phone for a personal matter (I must have interrupted her). I came to exchange a swimsuit; I relied on the hanger and got the size wrong. For several minutes she kept saying, "I'll exchange it for you, but you should know I'm not allowed to, or I'll get in trouble." She called over her colleague (who was very nice, by the way), and then adopted a very haughty tone, repeating the same thing over and over. It was either accept or refuse, but spending several minutes judging her isn't professional. Anyway, I'll go somewhere else from now on, even though it was convenient because it was right outside the door.
