Super friendly. Very welcoming. I'm not from the area but I was in a bind, and they took the time to help me out with a spoke using the remains of a broken and bent spoke (I didn't have the rim with me). A bike shop service like this is hard to find these days, here or anywhere else. Highly recommended.

A warm and friendly welcome as always. Laurent identified my needs and gave me lots of advice on buying a muscle mountain bike. The bike was in stock and ready to go the same day.
