Since Moto Sport 83 is, among other things, an ORCAL dealership, I had my first service done there. The welcome was very friendly, and I was able to explain the few points I wanted checked. After being notified by text message, I picked up my serviced and cleaned motorcycle. The price is reasonable considering the work done: oil change and visual checks (500 km), around €130. For a first experience, I'm satisfied. We'll see...

What impressed me most was that they held my motorcycle for four months without any issues while I waited for my license—very few places would do that. They were always available to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. You can really see that they care about the customer, not just the sale. The motorcycle was in perfect condition, and the entire process was clear, quick, and uncomplicated. I recommend this dealership 100%.
