➡️ Do I need to go to a counter or talk to someone?
No 🙂 The service is 100% autonomous: book online, collect & return your bike directly at the station, no queues, no paperwork.
➡️ What is the real range of the bike?
Our bikes offer between 50–80 km, depending on the assistance mode and terrain. Enough for a full day of exploring Marseille.
➡️ What does the included insurance cover?
Insurance covers theft and accidents, plus return assistance from the 1st km: if you cannot continue riding, we’ll arrange your return to your lodging.
➡️ Do I need to install the baby seat myself?
Yes, but don’t worry: installation is very easy. The seat is free (on request) and suitable for children 9 months to 6 years old. A clear guide is provided.
➡️ Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a bank pre-authorization (credit card hold) is taken at booking. This is not a debit: the amount is only blocked, then automatically released once the bike is returned in good condition.
➡️ Can I collect or return my bike at any time?
Yes ✅ Pick up anytime, 24/7, and return until 10:30 PM on the last rental day, according to your schedule.
