This is a very good bike shop. I rented a hybrid from them in March 2024 to ride the canal de la Garonne trail starting in Bordeaux. The pick-up and drop-off went very smoothly. The bike worked great and the price was very reasonable.

13 club members travelled from Ireland for a 4day cycle along the canal. Pre travel the bike sizes etc were organised via email. The whole process was seamless. Niousha and his crew at O2 were at our hotel early and helped with any last minute adjustments, provided spare tubes, locks and a foot pump (which was not used). The bikes were 2025 Trek and in great condition. Took our cases and again were waiting at our destination 4 days later with our luggage and to take back the bikes. I couldn’t praise them enough- will be back next year. Great crew and fabulous service throughout

Rented a gravel bike for a 4 day trip. Prompt, efficient delivery and pickup, with excellent communication by email and text. Incredibly reasonable prices, and incredible gear. The Cube Nuroad was perfect for the canal trail—paved and gravel—and the panniers were waterproof and rugged. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat! I’ve done tours all over the world, and O2 is among the best! They have a really informative website as well—read the FAQs if planning a trip, and don’t forget to book a bike ticket as well if taking the train!

We were met the train station in Bordeaux by 02 - really nice, professional guy explained the bikes, adjusted to our sizes and provided a little repair kit and some spares.
The bikes were nearly new and super nice. Light, well maintained and perfect for our needs.
When we got back we agreed a collection and all went very smoothly.
This was the perfect way to explore the city and countryside, and O2 were a pleasure to deal with throughout.
Next time we will rent panniers too, so we don't have to tape our bags to the bikes! :)
