A wonderful and welcoming shop in a great location; very easy to return equipment.
The salesperson, Mehdi, handled our group of over 10 people very well, with speed and professionalism; he performed safety checks several times. He equipped the whole family with a big smile and explained the ski area. We thank him for welcoming us so warmly, as if we were family. May God protect him.
No complaints or criticisms whatsoever; he was truly very friendly.
In the evening, his colleague Charlie was also quick with equipment returns and payment.
We thank them for their kindness, which allowed us to leave our review and, above all, to return very soon.

Only one person was available for ski rental during the holiday season. There was an approximately 40-minute wait for a single pair of boots.
The manager preferred to take payment rather than serve customers in order of arrival…

I have friends who booked at the Bernard Sport shop, downstairs in the building. They were greeted as if it were the correct address, only to be charged extra for a rental that wasn't theirs.
When a customer goes to the wrong place, good ethics dictate that they be given the correct address, not that someone else be impersonated.
In legal terms, this is called identity theft.
