Extremely disappointed.
I asked if they could make me some invitation cards, and they said no problem.
So I provided a template, without any mistakes, with my phone number.
They emailed me a draft of the card.
To my great regret, I only skimmed it because I was busy at work.
When I went to pick up the cards, they handed them to me between customers.
Again, I didn't check them. I trusted Pascal Cadeau, so I wasn't worried.
It was while looking at the invitations in the early afternoon that I noticed that out of about sixty words, there were three spelling mistakes,
and the phone number wasn't correct.
I went back this Monday.
And they told me there was nothing they could do.
The result: 35 invitation cards riddled with mistakes, a wrong phone number, and €62 down the drain.
A word to the wise.
Today, March 3rd, Lubin, the owner of Photo Style, called me, and we reached an agreement.

The class photo was too high-contrast, not good at all. I felt like I was being treated like an idiot when I went there. I picked up the retouched photo, and under the shop lights, it looked fine. But when I got home, in natural light, the photo was awful; my son was very, very pale. I was disappointed with the work and the service.

I went to get Christmas photos taken for my daughter. I bought her a snow-themed frame that same day, which I paid for in advance. They called me on Wednesday and said the photos were ready. I told them about the frame, and she said it had arrived. She asked if I wanted a photo, and I said yes. On Thursday morning, I went to pick up my photos and my snow-themed frame. My colleagues told me they didn't have it. They wanted to get another one, and then I heard, "No, you're not taking it. They've paid, and I haven't paid yet." So, I ended up with a frame I'd chosen, but it wasn't my favorite. I was really disappointed because they didn't offer me a refund, only another frame, and on top of that, I lost 90 cents. The one I chose was cheaper. Disappointed.
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?
We provide our customers with the option of picking up their equipment in-store or opting for delivery. When making your booking, you can choose the option that suits you best. Delivery charges are based on the distance between our store and the delivery address you provide. See the price list below for details.
Support for setting up the Boxy photobooth. It ensures stability with its shock absorbers at all four corners of the base.
