RÊVE DE VÉLO Ventoux | SDG

I rented a beautiful blue Scott from here and cycled with it 3x up mt ventoux. The bike worked perfectly. Massimo was super helpful and helped me sort out a taxi after (my french is awful, or rather non existent 🙃).

1st visit to the area. Hired a Pinarello Nytro, Helmet and shoes for the ride up the mountain. Awesome customer service ✅

I showed up shortly after the opened, on the day prior to Le Tour rode up Ventoux, so naturally things were already very busy. Though I was able to speak minimal French, and with a tricky issue to fix (long story short a different store in Aix en Provence had rented me a bike with incorrect pedals) — they swapped SPDs on for free, let me use them for two days, and then swapped them back — I was ready to just have to buy a pair of pedals but instead they charged me nothing. Truly kind hearted souls, and three climbs up to the top of Ventoux later, I can’t thank them enough for saving my butt those two days. Kudos. Bought some mementos and snacks from them in appreciation, though it wasn’t enough!

I hired a Scott Addict for 2 days and the bike and customer service were all excellent. The shop was busy but the staff were very helpful and efficient and also very patient because I needed a few adjustments on the saddle height. I highly recommend Reve de Velo and will be very happy to rent from them again.
