If only everyone were like this, the world would turn around 🙂. Following an ad on leboncoin for a Bobcat MT100, I contacted Rullier Équipements to finalize the purchase and schedule a pickup date (I live 500km away), and everything went very well. The communication and responsiveness were excellent, and what's more, having ordered additional accessories, they were delivered to my home, as they didn't arrive in time for me to pick them up.
I highly recommend them, thanks to Mr. Murat Basile.

Beautiful products, competent people, but a lot to say about the pricing policy, which makes no sense and seriously lacks transparency.
In short, if you go to Rullier, be prepared to pay!
The Columbia tractor I bought from them wouldn't start. If I had to replace the solenoid, I might as well get it serviced.
I brought the tractor in. I was surprised at the price of the service. €169 for blade sharpening and an oil change. Plus a few visual checks.
They told me, "Don't worry," they'll include the price of the solenoid in the service.
They called back to confirm the quote.
3 business days later. No news.
I called. The tractor was ready. They changed the air filter, belts, fuel filter, spark plug, and solenoid.
No call!
I went to pick up the tractor: €300 including tax!
15% of the tractor's price. No call back. No quote.
Including €174 for labor.
I point out that the €169 service package already includes labor.
€49 for parts.
And 3 hours of labor billed on top!!! To change a spark plug, an air filter, a solenoid, and a wash.
On top of the labor included in the package!!!!
This is crazy.
Classic response: I don't set the prices.
"Too bad, I won't come back."
"As you wish."
And that's how businesses fail.
You've seen me. You won't see me again.

I called yesterday morning to inquire about a spare part. After 15 calls at different times and from various stations, they finally deigned to answer. The person told me that since the warehouse manager was out, someone would call me back later that day to inform me. No call at the end of the day.
I repeated my request this morning. After 10 calls, all unsuccessful (no one answered). In short, a shop full of idiots. A brand to avoid. No respect for customers, no manners. Courage; run away!

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
