We had a wonderful stay at this CCAS center. It's located in the heart of the forest, in a very peaceful setting. Cars aren't allowed, so it's safe for children. In the morning, you can see squirrels.
It's a bit far from the slopes: between 15 and 20 minutes depending on whether you walk or ski (I'm including the time to put on your skis, etc.).
The town center is also a 15-minute walk away.
We went directly through the CCAS for ski rental, and it went very smoothly. The equipment was good.
The cottages are basic, but they have everything you need. The paintwork seems to have been redone recently, as does the bathroom. It's clean. The beds are comfortable. However, the floors really need replacing, and it's a shame the toilet isn't separate from the bathroom.
The activities team is absolutely fantastic! During the celebratory meal, there was lots of entertainment. It was really nice, a great atmosphere.
We didn't use the restaurant because it was far too expensive, except for the celebratory meal (and it really wasn't good, a big disappointment).
The CCAS (Social Action Center) offers quite a few activities during the week. I was able to try snowshoeing and it was fantastic! The guide was very friendly and taught us a lot.
For those who don't ski, there are some beautiful hikes to do on foot or snowshoes.
