The staff set us up with great bikes. The instructions for use were perfect and the suggestion to ride over the pass to Lago de Landro for lunch worked out beautifully! We had not ridden e-bikes before and were delighted to ride them on the gravel paths of the old railroad route.

The bikes we hired were good quality and the hiring process was quick and easy. But the highlight was the ride itself. It’s an excellent off-road bike route all the way to Dobbiaco and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The climb to the highest point of the ride isn’t steep but it is unrelenting. The e-bike boost was greatly appreciated, particularly when we realised we’d stayed too long and had to rush back!

We came looking for bikes for the day without making a reservation. The team was very helpful and friendly, helped us to plan a route and even upgraded our bikes. The bike were great, in very good condition and we had a great ride. Highly recommended!

Best ski rental experience! I had a situation where I misplaced my snowboard, and they went above and beyond to help me find it. They were incredibly kind and didn’t charge me anything extra for the next day. Amazing service — highly recommend!
