A manager who charges shipping fees even though I didn't give them any warning! I traveled a long way to get what I was owed, but I still have to add more, even though they didn't give me this information before I ordered!
The equipment was delivered damaged and scratched, and the waiting time was enormous! Even though it's brand new... I don't recommend it.
