I'm absolutely delighted with my experience at Start! I bought a new smartphone last week, and the staff were incredibly helpful with the transfer and setup. The salesperson was super knowledgeable and explained all the options to me without rushing me. The prices are competitive, and the store is very well-stocked with the latest models. I 100% recommend them for their excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars! 😊

Very friendly and quick. I went there to have my iPhone battery replaced. It was replaced, but not with an Apple one (no big deal...). But when I called to check on the status, they informed me that the screen had broken during the battery repair... They replaced it free of charge, which was great! But it's really a shame that the screen they replaced wasn't an Apple one, that it's of much lower quality, less sharp (more pixelated), and that there are occasional glitches... Is it possible to replace it with a better quality screen? Update: The screen was replaced with a better quality one, but now it's poorly glued. I took it back the next day, and the apprentice (the young guy who was there) kindly and quickly glued it back on. When I got the phone back, the owner told me it was normal for the screen not to stay on because the phone's frame is bent (so the problem is my fault 😠). I told him the old screen was perfectly secure… and I couldn't see any curvature in the frame. I thanked the young man and left. The owner called me over to ask me to change or delete my review. So I did… but I gave it 1 star. WARNING: the owner contacted me on Instagram even though I never gave him my name… (really weird). I should mention that I had called him several times with my number, so he had my contact information. Now the screen still doesn't stay in place very well and it's glitching… In short, apart from the young man's friendliness, I really don't recommend it!
