Electric mountain bike rented for 5 days. The chain broke on startup, probably because the new derailleur was incorrectly adjusted on the first day. €45 in repair costs and 3 days rented without a replacement bike.
Not a very good experience.
The staff is friendly, otherwise, if there are no problems.
To call it blackmail just for expressing a customer opinion seems a bit excessive; perhaps it's the heat.
