I ordered a Borgen insulated bag for my bike. I'm very satisfied with both the quality and the delivery. Excellent customer service. When I needed information, they were very responsive. I recommend this company.

Looking to buy a specific bike, Tche-Tche gave me excellent advice. It's hard to trust someone remotely, but with Tche-Tche, you can trust her completely. She called regularly to give me updates and let me know the delivery status. Great communication, I highly recommend her. Thanks 😉👍🙂

Regarding the parcel collection point service: deplorable. The person on the phone was rude, and the parcel was returned before the 5-day period. They didn't care and brushed me off. I do not recommend them and will not choose this collection point again.
