Excellent service and ingenuity. I had a problem with compatibility between all the panniers out there and my bike, but Simon showed real ingenuity in making my luggage rack more stable. I already know where I’ll go for advice on my next bike.

I know the shop because I’m looked after by the excellent nutritionist Mathilde, whose practice is upstairs (if you want to improve your performance and physique, go and see her – results guaranteed) I popped into the shop one day to buy an e-bike and was given a very warm welcome by Arnaud, the manager, who answered all my questions. A big shout-out to Simon, who handled my leasing application with great patience. He’s a gem, really, really friendly – 5* for him. I was almost gutted that he wasn’t the one to hand over my bike on the day I went to collect it. But Julien is brilliant too. All their staff are really friendly; Florentin’s a real people person too. I’m not a triathlete myself, but I can see that for those who are, this shop is a paradise for all three sports. A triathlete at Urban Tri Sports must feel like a child in a toy shop. And for anyone who only does one of the three sports, you’ll find what you’re looking for – the range is very extensive. The shop also offers several interesting services, which you can check out on the website. I highly recommend it.

A very warm welcome and excellent running advice. The gait analysis is clear, thorough and really useful. They take the time to explain things and recommend the right shoes! I’d definitely recommend it!
