It is perfect as a secondary bike for the second parent accompanying a cargo bike for child transportation.

Its powerful motor and good battery life will make you love cycling.

How many kilometers are included?

For a period of less than 1 week: 25 km/day included

Beyond one week: 500 km/month included

If I exceed? The additional km will be charged at €0.25 ex. VAT. Note: one battery provides an autonomy of about 40 km.

VELAB is the best for travelling with young kids in Paris! Having an U.A. ourselves back home and the kids and myself being totally comfortable on a bike like this has helped, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Great cycling paths & overall security on the road is well arranged! Good job Paris! Going around the city on an electric bike is much better then taking public transport or by car/taxi/uber.. You get value for money. We had some minor issues with the bike on day #3 & #4 but they were repaired within minutes on the centrally located rental/repair-store and everything was arranged perfectly 👌🏻 Thanks guys! 🫶🏻

We had a short stay with our young kids and the ability to rent family bikes in Paris was a huge level up! Paris has transformed into a human scale transportation city, and having the family e-bikes allowed up to travel quickly, safety, and easily all through the city. So thankful Velab exists. Not the mention their staff was beyond helpful and friendly.
