We had a short stay with our young kids and the ability to rent family bikes in Paris was a huge level up! Paris has transformed into a human scale transportation city, and having the family e-bikes allowed up to travel quickly, safety, and easily all through the city. So thankful Velab exists. Not the mention their staff was beyond helpful and friendly.

Great experience renting a tern quick haul + child seat + helmets for riding around Paris with a toddler. Everything was in like-new condition and staff was very helpful.
