Bikes in poor condition and unwashed. The lights didn't work, even on the relatively new electric bike (620 km on the odometer at the time of rental).
And let's not even mention the condition of the rental helmets... shameful. Luckily, we didn't need to test their usefulness.
In short, move on; don't hesitate to take the island's free shuttle to another rental company.
