My son's scooter had a round screw. It was impossible to remove. This gentleman did it. He's so welcoming and kind!! Honestly, I recommend the store 200% for any purchase, whether it's an electric bike or an electric scooter. Thank you so much for your professionalism 🙏🏾

Incredible establishment. I had a problem with a round screw. I thought there was no solution, but the gentleman at the reception desk (who is as kind as you rarely see these days) took me in and found a solution for my screw, even risking his tools. I totally recommend them if you have the slightest problem, or even for a specific purchase (bicycle, scooter, etc.). A big thank you to vélo élec'.
