The SYRMA electric bicycle is one of the high-end models from the Portuguese brand Eleven bikes, a brand from the renowned bicycle factory In Cyles. It is a very comfortable urban bike, with its battery inside the frame, it allows a range of up to 100 km. Its powerful central motor is a Bafang M200, with 250W. Comes equipped with 700C wheels.

To rent an electric bicycle you do not need to have a driving license, but you must present an official identification document, indicate the location where you are staying and be at least 16 years old. Signing a liability waiver is required. Taking care of the bicycle is the customer’s responsibility and all costs related to fines, loss, theft or any damage to the bicycle will be charged.

These bikes are amazing! We rented the e-bikes for 5 hours. I don't know if we got a discount or not but we only paid 10eur (low season) per bike. The service that we got from the lady was simply the best ever. She sounds so passionate about her bikes you would think she made the bikes herself haha. Everything was super relaxed and easy! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I can not understand the 5 star rating. All bikes are out of service on the day i visited. I asked for alternative.. this shop is the only one with e bikes in Porto, she told us.. the biggest lie I ever heard but okay. Here is your 1 star rating for lie your clients. Next time just say „I don’t know.“ it’s much more better than to lie. Bye.

They don't rent bikes at all, despite the fact that if you search for places to rent bikes in Porto, their store appears on google. On top, they claim to sell kits for e-bikes but immediatly inform you that your bycicle my not be legal if you install one. So why would they sell them? Basically they lie to you about too many things to the point where you can call it a scam. Bad salesmanship. Not recommended. Find other places to go if you want to rent a bike.
