Following a recent purchase from WATTEBLED, I am deeply disappointed. Although my package was properly packaged (although the packaging was slightly open), I was dismayed to discover that my mudguards were scratched and scuffed. Was this negligence on the part of the carrier or a lack of vigilance on the part of the company regarding the quality of their products?
Despite sending two emails to express my dissatisfaction and a phone call, the only response I received was that it was not their responsibility.
I am bitter because I decided to abandon the dispute, leaving me with damaged mudguards for which I paid €140.
Be careful if you order large items from the site.
However, I would like to point out that the other items ordered arrived in perfect condition.
