Fantastic service! I needed an ID photo for a country that only handles applications on line and has a long list of requirements, including a JPEG ‘photo’ that had to be transferred direct to my online application. I really appreciated the friendly help I was given. They took the time needed to look at their software, compared with what was required and checked further information available online. We tried to upload the photo, at first unsuccessfully, but kept trying until we finally worked out how to upload the JPEG file (direct transfer from an email to the online application document. I’ve now been able to apply - thanks to their help! Highly recommended!

Great photo store in the centre of Grenoble, welcomed and served with a smile, the shop was well stocked with high end equipment, they also offer a developing service for analogue photos.
