Hired a VTT e-bike so our daughter could join us on some rides during our holiday in Alsace. She loved it. Easy to book, good bike and simple to use. She loved beating us up the hills and we had a great time exploring the area with her on bikes.

When walking in on a late afternoon with a jammed brake the mechanic tried to fix my bike on the spot, but unfortunately needed more time. I left my bike hoping I would be able to ride my bike at all during my short stay. The next morning I already got the call that I could come and pick up my bike. Needless to say, I had a great week. Really fast fix by what must be a skillful mechanic. Absolutely recommended.
