Very good 3-wheel scooter, very pleasant to ride. The technician is very friendly and responded quickly to the inspection. Can't wait to upgrade!

I own a Rider NG (blue) and I discovered that FRISON was the designer and manufacturer and that they have the same model, the T10. Since then I have had everything done at their house. And as the expression goes: “It is better to deal (address) with God than with his saints”. It is rare that I advertise for a professional but there, at Frison, I met helpful and commercial people. And I'm not talking about the after-sales service which is top notch, at your service, even after the warranty. Indeed, after having blown two circuit breakers, they took charge of replacing the circuit breaker and the computer. When you go to the store you will be received by Luc. He will go out of his way to help you. For your information, I have nothing to gain (money) for me, other than sharing a good address. The only thing that bothers me is the autonomy of the Rider NG. With my dynamic driving (and yes, I am also a motorcyclist and I ride a K16, KLE500 and VFR750) I do not exceed 70 kilometers of distance but perhaps because it is a Rider NG and not a T10 FRISON?

Thank you to them for their professionalism. Very happy with my Yadea Fierider F200. They provided excellent advice (even if it meant selling for less!) and provided excellent follow-up. I trust them!
