Hôtel du Golfe

We spent three nights at Hotel Seaside Retreat in Tizzano. The service was good, and the rooms were comfortable, though not luxurious. The view from our room was stunning. The hotel's restaurant served excellent food, but service was a bit slow, so plan to take your time. Overall, a pleasant stay with incredible views and tasty dining.

Lovely hotel situated in the middle of nowhere (or so it seemed to us). The area is amazing and calm, the road to get here is small. The view from the rooms is amazing , as you can actually see the sunset from your balcony and the mountains surrounding the small bay. What I love the most is that you can hear the sea from your room. That staff is friendly and polite and didn't mind us arriving at 10 p.m. the breakfast is fresh and tasty and you get also and amazing view from the terrace. All in all a lovely stop on our roadtrip 💕💕

We stayed here for 3 nights on vacation in September and while at first I was disappointed with the room and the bathroom (it’s clean but very basic and should be expected as it doesn’t advertise 4/5 stars) the incredible view and the friendly staff more than make up for it. It’s a great value for the price, there’s no restaurant attached to the hotel but the restaurant next door is awesome, highly recommended. We had coffee every morning in the bar area, equally amazing views. If you enjoy sleeping in then don’t get the room underneath the breakfast area as you will most certainly awake with the hungry retirees 😉

This hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff, the location and the rooms provide 5 star service, especially Andoline, who we just loved. She was so sweet , accommodating, and helpful , even making 2 reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. If you read this and do travel there, tell her Paulo and Brooke say hi.
