We rented for a Sunday two electric bikes, it started that they allowed us to have the bikes already early on Saturday due to a city trip we wanted to make, the bikes were great, relatively new, batteries in great shape, lasted the full sunday and also the return was quick and easy. On top of that they offered as a service an extra lock and tire repair spray, without us even asking, great service, a place to return to!

Dan and the team did excellent repair work on my sick bike. Filed down a new derailleur hanger to replace broken one, ordered a speedy spare part. So so helpful. Thank you guys. My gears have been excellent so far and I’ve reached north of Bordeaux heading up the atlantique coast.

We rented e-bikes from them for a half day in Castelnaudry. Brand new bikes, super helpful staff. Everything good about the experience. It wasn't clear that they rented to anyone from their website. They do. Just bring an identity card to leave for a deposit. We spent a few wonderful hours cycling along the canal du midi. Highly recommend.

I broke my chain while bike touring near here and they were very helpful. I didn’t have to wait very long and they put on a new chain, then taught me how to change it next myself.
