I really appreciated the quick and efficient handling of my bike, as well as all the clear and detailed explanations given about the repair. You can tell they take the time to share their expertise and provide the best possible advice, without ever pushing for unnecessary expenses. As a professional efficiency trainer, I particularly noticed the exceptional quality of their customer relationship management: attentiveness, pedagogy, and kindness were all there.
