Our Mission
Smile & Ride was born from the idea of sharing the experience we’ve gained as bicycle tourists to offer you unique and exclusive adventures, helping you discover this enchanting region rich in culture, art, and excellent food.
We chose to actively step into this project, driven by the belief that anyone pursuing a goal needs the right motivation and passion to succeed. For us, a business should also aim to make the world around it a better place.

Brilliant half day yesterday - off the train and easy access to a bike to ride the Trammino which was brilliant. The couple running the shop were awesome, friendly and so helpful … great value, tips on a restaurant, really good bikes and all the equipment we might need plus super flexible on whether we did half a day or a full day, plus they looked after our bags. Could not recommend more highly, this is the place to go for sure … the Tower is quickly done and not that much more in town (in my opinion) so if you have some spare time this is a safe and easy and pretty ride (around 17km each way I think to the sea) totally flat as it was a train track originally. There were loads of other things you could do too and longer arranged things etc I believe but this was perfect for us. Thanks again Nicky & Pete

Don't waste time and don't go anywhere else if you need a bicycle! The guys were superb flexible, when I mixed the dates on my end, and came to pick up a bicycle a week later. Also they helped me with a nice track, which really exceeded our expectations from one day road/gravel day trip in Toscany. Highly recommend, six stars! :)

A fantastic experience - we rode with Smile & Ride twice and had such fun on both days. Thank you to Eleanor and the team (🐶) for our touring bikes and gravel bikes. Very quick, knowledgeable and friendly service.

Excellent service all staff members were extremely polite and helpful. I hired a top quality road bike and it was excellent riding around Pisa and the surrounding areas. Definitely recommend. I was in Pisa just for the day so it was perfect for me. Well done keep up the excellent work 👍🚴
