The bikes and the whole virtually guided experience was amazing! First time visiting from Australia and will definitely be back to Marseille and to see Frank at this e-bike store. Frank quite literally sprinted after us as we forgot a bag when leaving. Would highly recommend this virtually guided tour especially if it is your first time in Marseille.

My friend and I rented e-bikes and did the virtual guided tour. It was fantastic and we saw much more of the city than we ever would have been able to on our own. The calanques were, of course, the highlight, but riding through Marseille's beautiful neighbourhoods was also such a fun experience. The virtual format allowed us to go at our own pace and stop for pastries, lunch at a very cute spot near the first calanque, etc. Driving through Marseille's major thoroughfares is not nearly as scary as it looks and I highly recommend both Trolib and the virtual guided tour to anyone, even people who (like me) are not super habitual cyclists. Frank is helpful and lovely to do business with. Our tour was absolutely worth the (very reasonable) price. Can't wait to come again!

Very easy and convenient to rent an E-bike and ride the calanques. They even gave me advice on routes and places to go. Rental comes with all the accessories and insurance and you can rent for 4hrs, 5 hrs or 8 hrs. Thank you to the very nice young English speaking gentleman for your help!

We did Trolib’s Calanques and general Marseille virtual tour (ended with Garde de Notre Dame) and it was honestly the highlight of our trip. There is no way we could have seen all of the gorgeous things Marseille has to offer with the same level of enjoyment, in any other way. We did the virtual navigation option and overall it was pretty good. We managed to find our way back super easily even when a wrong turn was taken. Also, the owner Franc went above and beyond in terms of service. He was so helpful and kind to us. If I could leave a 6 star review for this place I would. Do not hesitate to book a tour. Worth every single penny!!!
