• Please check in 20 minutes before departure; no tolerance is given for late arrivals.
• Meeting Point: Marina de Vilamoura - Gate Q 
• Duration: 2,5h tour
• Maximum capacity: up to 12 guests
• Minimum Age: 4 years
• Guide Language: Portuguese and English
• Visit the Toilet Before Boarding is recommended
• Public restrooms at the marina require a 50-cent coin to use the automatic entry system.
• We don’t have a physical kiosk; a team member will greet you at the boarding point.
• Seasickness is uncommon, but if you are prone to it, please take precautions before boarding.
• Pets are welcome, but must follow safety rules and count as part of the passenger total.
• In case of unsafe sea conditions, a reschedule will be suggested whenever possible or refund will be issued.
• What to bring: water, camera, Jacket/jumper even if it's sunny, as sometimes it's cold in the ocean or there may be some sprinkle
