Best road bike rental and bike shop in Annecy. Extremely nice staff members and they are so knowledgeable. I really enjoy my experience with them, my bike, the personalized adjustment and the conversations. The staff are so warm and kind. They just have an extremely good road bike selections and bike gear collections. THIS IS THE PLACE. I will never consider to bring my own bike when I’m travelling to Annecy after this experience. Thank you Onze 42 Team, to make my trip memorable.

Highly recommended. They are so friendly and helpful. The bikes were in really good condition- clearly very well maintained and the gears were very smooth- the bike was a joy to ride. They helped adjust our bikes so they were the right fit before setting out and gave us tools to adjust on the go if needs be. Really affordable- we hired two really lovely road bikes for a climb up nearby Col de la Forclaz. Top holiday bike rental for an amazing bike and great service.

Great road bike rental experience and a great shop. I spent 10 days riding the amazing mountains around Annecy and the bike Onze 42 provided me was perfect and if I had any issues (which I didn’t) the shop was easily accessible. They also helped a friend out with a loan wheel when the wheel on his own bike broke. I’ll be doing same again next year!

Simply superb bicycle hire shop. Really friendly, helpful staff. They let us leave some stuff with them to save carrying it around. Great bikes in good condition. We had a blast on the local hills and this is a good place to hire from.

What an extraordinary find here in Annecy. These guys provide extraordinary customer service and they have a beautiful shop. The bike they provided me with was clean and perfectly serviced, so much so I don’t want to give it back and have hired it for a further two days!
