A hidden gem! My electronic gears suddenly stopped working, and I received excellent help getting the problem fixed. At the same time, they noticed my worn brake pads and a slightly warped brake rotor, which the latter I was already aware of. They gave my bike a thorough service quickly and at a very reasonable price. This has to be the best bike shop in Annecy! On top of that, the store has a wide selection of really nice quality cycling apparel and gear.

Best road bike rental and bike shop in Annecy. Extremely nice staff members and they are so knowledgeable. I really enjoy my experience with them, my bike, the personalized adjustment and the conversations. The staff are so warm and kind. They just have an extremely good road bike selections and bike gear collections. THIS IS THE PLACE. I will never consider to bring my own bike when I’m travelling to Annecy after this experience. Booked and paid online, great bike (Pinarello X7) in superb condition ready and waiting for me, the guys there were very friendly and helpful getting the fit correct/pedals etc. Nice shop for bikes, components, clothing & supplies too.
