The bike rental company is accommodating and offers good advice. We even had the cargo bike delivered to the lodge for a small bonus. I recommend it.

As a young retiree, I wanted to return to sport with a bike that was not an instrument of “torture”. I found a good used model that suits me at WHEELS. They give good advice and support you in the process. They are 15 km from the house for after-sales service, it's GREAT. The settings are perfectly adapted to my condition after 40 years of stopping!!! The recovery is very gentle and the pleasure of returning to healthy physical activity: no fatigue felt, no pain... I climb the hills without difficulty, finally pleasure without suffering. I recommend them +++.

A very positive experience. Having purchased a cargo bike at the end of 2023 and since then, having used it extensively with the children, the front brakes failed. I immediately contacted customer service, and a technician immediately came to my home to replace the part. I can only recommend WHELLS for their reliability and professionalism.
