He was able to advise me perfectly on my problem while taking my budget into account. He didn't try to sell me a process (tanking) that wasn't essential in my case. The others simply gave me quotes for over €12,000!! Just shifting the problem! Thank you ADF 👍💪👏

I contacted this company four times. At their request, I bent over backwards to provide them with all the necessary information (dimensions, surface area, photos, geographic area (Lorraine), plans, etc.). In the meantime, they sent technical documents and links to videos. It was off to a good start.
Following the third reminder, I was asked to send an email agreeing to honor a payment of €4,000. It was on June 16, 2025. Here is the email:
"Mr. WEBER,
I am following up on the telephone conversation from this late afternoon regarding the house at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Exterior rising damp over approximately 16 meters.
I had sent photos to this email address.
I agree to schedule an appointment to install the geomagnetic device (your document), at a cost you estimated at €4,000 including tax.
Sincerely."
Since then: NOTHING. It's October 15, 2025. What a load of bullshit!
Why do you keep driving people crazy?
If it's not interesting for you, you might as well say so right away and move on. In short, nothing but wasted time with this company.

I live in the Val d'Oise region and I contacted ADF for mold problems. A technician came by, a very diligent young man, who didn't appreciate me asking him several questions to understand how to eradicate the mold.
After calling the technician several times because I was waiting for the famous FREE estimate, he told me he didn't have time to waste writing up an estimate, knowing that I would either entrust the job to someone else or do it myself. They don't have time to waste!
This is unprofessional!!
Basically, I should have known better... in short, when you call them, they don't provide you with a free estimate as stated on the website, but rather an invoice or nothing. It's a shame because it's false advertising!

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We provide our customers with the option of picking up their equipment in-store or opting for delivery. When making your booking, you can choose the option that suits you best.
