I opted for a humidity diagnosis and am very satisfied with the service. The manager provided me with clear and precise information, demonstrating great expertise in the field. His professionalism and in-depth knowledge inspired confidence in me. I highly recommend him.

I contacted ADF Services regarding a significant humidity problem in my basement. Mr. Weber came to my home to conduct a diagnostic assessment and then prepared a report with advice and recommendations. He suggested an effective and relatively inexpensive solution compared to other proposals I had received. So, after the simple installation of a mechanical ventilation system and a few months of observation, I can see that the condensation has disappeared and the ambient humidity has indeed decreased. Thank you for your expertise and professionalism.

I contacted this company four times. At their request, I bent over backwards to provide them with all the necessary information (dimensions, surface area, photos, geographic area (Lorraine), plans, etc.). In the meantime, they sent technical documents and links to videos. It was off to a good start. Following the third reminder, I was asked to send an email agreeing to honor a payment of €4,000. It was on June 16, 2025. Here is the email: "Mr. WEBER, I am following up on the telephone conversation from this late afternoon regarding the house at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Exterior rising damp over approximately 16 meters. I had sent photos to this email address. I agree to schedule an appointment to install the geomagnetic device (your document), at a cost you estimated at €4,000 including tax. Sincerely." Since then: NOTHING. It's October 15, 2025. What a load of bullshit! Why do you keep driving people crazy? If it's not interesting for you, you might as well say so right away and move on. In short, nothing but wasted time with this company.
