Excellent service. Skis and boots all fitted really quickly. I ask to swap over my boots for wider ones after a day's skiing; they responded immediately and were at our chalet at 8am the next morning with various options. Would recommend.

Equipment was already in our chalet when we arrived in the resort. Great service keeping in touch via WhatsApp. We lost a pole on our last day and they told us not to worry about it. We’ll definitely use them again! Update on the above from a return visit two weeks later. One of our party had a pole run over by a car in the car park at the Ardent lift (not our car…). We only noticed once we were up and skiing that the pole had a terminal crack. All Mountain Rental drove to the Ardent lift where we met them to swap the pole over. Incredible service!

Highly recommend booking ski hire with All Mountain Rental - superb delivery service to the chalet. I managed to mix up one of my skis with another company - phone call next morning to confirm I had lost a ski, my ski delivered to the chalet within one hour. Fantastic service. Booked ski hire for a group of 8 with varying abilities and equipment requirements. Ollie contacted me on WhatsApp prior to our arrival to check transfer progress and delivered all our kit directly to our Chalet. We had a couple of changes during the week which were facilitated straight away. Would highly recommend if you are travelling to Morzine.

Best ski hire experience Amazing with communication and all of our group used different gear from different upgrades which they were fine with. We arrived on our first day in the morning and couldn’t get into our apartment until late afternoon. All mountain rental looked after our luggage while we explored morzine and went out for lunch. They then delivered it to our apartment with our ski gear which created a super relaxing start to our holiday! They also looked after our luggage on the last day while we skied and didn’t have apartment access anymore. All in all great gear, really well priced and really friendly. Will be using again!

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We provide our customers with the option of picking up their equipment in-store or opting for delivery. When making your booking, you can choose the option that suits you best. Delivery charges are based on the distance between our store and the delivery address you provide. See the price list below for details.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price. Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
