I highly recommend Alpes Adventures for your bike rental needs. I reserved a bike with them on two different days during my visit. Their website was very easy to use to make my initial reservation, and their communications were prompt and helpful. They were very accommodating when I needed to adjust one of my dates. Their bikes were in great condition and they told me everything I needed to know for a successful and fun ride. Very conveniently located, friendly staff, great equipment! What’s not to like?

They saved my bikepacking trip by replacing my broken handlebar. 😍 I showed up 30mins before they closed, they luckily had the right bar in stock. Next morning, they replaced it super quick! Amazing and perfect service!

Rented 2 e-mountains bikes with my girlfriend for the day. Bike brief was good, however the bike mechanike didn’t check the breaks before hand, my back break was breaking 70% which wasn’t ideal on steep hills. Also, if you go make sure you know the area or you get a map from the bike shop. You can easily get lost especially doing mtb of road. Other than that friendly staff, lots of choice when getting your bike and close to the trails.

Very disappointed with the service. My friend fell ill and could no longer go on the trip. Despite having already paid a deposit for her bike, the shop made us pay the full rental price anyway. What’s the point of asking for a deposit if there’s no flexibility or understanding in situations like this?

Don’t reserve online and pay a deposit. Just call and reserve over the phone. Staff not the friendliest when it came to canceling one of our 5 bikes rented with a day notice. They forced us to pay the full bike instead of just taking the deposit payment.

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price. Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
