The welcome was very friendly, we were given good advice for our route, the equipment was of good quality (two mountain bikes and a baby trailer), we were provided with a pump and puncture repair kit just in case, the price was right and no deposit is required, you just have to leave your ID. And well done to the town for the development of its cycle paths, we did a ride of +/- 20 km with only 200m to 400m without cycle paths... Good feeling of security with a baby right behind :)

A very good experience with Arcabike.
Renting two hybrid bikes and a trailer for a week: no problems encountered.
But even better than quality equipment, they're also top-notch professionals with whom we had pleasant discussions and received sound advice on what to see and do.
In short, I highly recommend them.

I myself work in the rental business (not the same product, but the principle is the same).
I was looking for a tracker to install on my mountain bike. I dealt with some young people who, I think, had never touched a bike before landing their summer job! The result was mediocre service, with no attempt at finding solutions. Only "It's not possible, if I modify it, I'll get beaten up by the boss" and "We have to rent the bike that goes with it."
So we went to the port agency, dissatisfied, where the service wasn't any better, but at least the person tried to adapt it. We ended up renting a trailer, which we paid €24 for 3 days, knowing that it cost €150 new.
The sector clearly lacks competition to improve prices and service...

Not at all business-like: we had a technical problem with one of the 3 bikes we rented because it wasn't suitable for my husband's height (1m78, nothing exceptional). Fortunately, it happened near a repair shop so we were able to continue our day. On our return, we were missing a lock key: it was impossible to negotiate the reimbursement of the key with the reimbursement of the breakdown, which could have been very detrimental. Next time, we'll rent elsewhere...

Super disappointing.
The company has been getting back to me for four months now, with no news.
We reserved our bikes online a month in advance. I called the day before to confirm that everything was ready because our route was busy.
Nothing had been prepared; we waited in line for over four hours.
We had reserved a tracker, but we didn't get one; it was no longer in stock. We didn't get a tracker, even though we paid for it!
We had to assemble the carts and baby carriers ourselves.
A very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it.
I've contacted them five times, and no one responds...

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
