This is where you need to go if you need help with your bike or are in the market for an electric bike. The owner is great and exceptionally helpful. He is an electric bike store but he does have regular bikes too. Excellent location. On a bus route if you have to leave your bike there.

One rainy afternoon, a little boy was sad because his bike had flat tires but the pump was acting up... I went to show them the broken pump (I'm not a customer but I'd seen the sign) and they helped me out efficiently and for free, with a smile. A huge congratulations to you, thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

For the past three years, I've been servicing my Trek 9.7 e-MTB. I've never been disappointed, with hassle-free maintenance and a very friendly, welcoming welcome. I'm always available and get good advice despite my busy schedule. I highly recommend them.

I bought a used Giant mountain bike. The salesperson is top-notch! They take the time to explain the technical details, let you try it out, and explain things again to customers who didn't quite understand. ;). I highly recommend this store without hesitation. Thank you. Julien
