"Impeccable service and a warm welcome" At Au Vélo Électrique Allauch / Plan de Cuques, every visit is a real pleasure. The welcome is always professional and warm, with a passionate team who know how to listen to their customers. Whether you’re there to make a purchase, have something repaired or simply seek advice, you immediately feel looked after by experts who know their field inside out. The quality of service is exemplary: fast, efficient, and with particular attention to detail. It’s rare these days to find a shop that combines such professionalism with such a personal touch. What’s more, the electric bikes on offer are of a high standard, offering excellent value for money. The advice given on choosing the ideal model to suit your needs and budget is relevant and sincere, without ever pushing you towards excessive spending. A true role model for the sector! If you’re looking for a reliable place for everything to do with e-bikes, I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. Well done to the whole team for your hard work and commitment to your customers!

The staff are always attentive and offer good advice; Julien is a true professional. The premises are pleasant and there’s plenty of parking. I recommend this establishment, with which I’ve had a business relationship for over 10 years and have always been satisfied.

Carine Pastore

Incompetence A hefty sum for a full service on a mountain bike. When I collected the bike, it turned out the front wheel was poorly secured and the rear brake was faulty. It’s a disgrace given the price charged; the work was botched – it’s really not professional.
