Great bikes and wonderful service. We had a puncture and the bike was collected and replaced within an hour of us reporting it. Good hire rates too.

Great service: brought ebike right on time, straight to my apartment. Pickup went the same way. Friendly owner. Bike itself was good: comfortable and easy to use. In Hyeres and surrounding villages the are a lot of bike routes and people are extremely friendly towards bike riders, making me feel very safe!

We rent bikes here, the staff member who assisted us was very warm and friendly. However,My boyfriend told me that a staff member seemed to make an unfriendly joke about Asians which made us uncomfortable.
