My Brompton's derailleur had stopped shifting for some reason. In minutes Xavier had diagnosed the problem and cleaned and repaired the shifter, rescuing my bike vacation. Many thanks, Xavier!

I brought my bike for a small brake repair, very quick support and repair. The seller is very professional and gives very good advice, I recommend. Plus the store is magnificent. I will come back without problem.

Tested as part of a Decathlon bike overhaul. Very fast support, good advice and great customer and solution orientation. Nice range of bikes and accessories also despite the small size of the store. A great experience right in the heart of the loop!
