A very good experience! The manager agreed to take care of my Sun City bike (other shops had refused to attempt to repair it...). Unfortunately, my old bike wasn't repairable. After buying it for parts, I received excellent advice on purchasing a new bike. After testing it, I chose a Starway, which I'm very happy with.
