A few days ago, I was passing through Lacanau-Océan on my way to Portugal by bike. My bike chain and front brake had already covered over 6,000 km, and I urgently needed to replace them. It was pure coincidence that I was riding along this particular road and came across the bike shop “Bicy`cool.” However, it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me! Guilhem was in the shop, immediately recognized my predicament, and helped me with unfailing courtesy, kindness, understanding, and expertise when I needed it most. I certainly couldn't have managed it on my own without his help. When the job was done brilliantly and to my complete satisfaction, he opened the door for me, gave me an encouraging pat on the shoulder and a handshake, and sent me on my way. We had a perfect experience with Bicy’cool in Lacanau! The team was super friendly and helpful, and the bikes were top – perfect for exploring the area. What we really appreciated was how easy and flexible everything was: when we wanted to extend our rental, it was no problem at all. Everything was smooth, uncomplicated, and stress-free. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely come back next year!

Quick service, good bikes and affordable price. Recommend to do the Boucle du Lion and go for a swim at the lake. Easy to do with normal bikes.

Fantastic experience. Great staff. We got there quite late and should have been too late to rent but the guys were super helpful and friendly. Got us sorted with bikes in no time and the service was fantastic. Shop is very conveniently located and would definitely recommend to anyone. We will use them again for sure.
