Amazing service! We we're stuck for a few hours without a car and hired e-bikes. The attendant was very helpful and gave us a canal route to follow and even went with us on a bike for the first few minutes to make sure we were on the correct route. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

This is a superlative bike shop. Despite being a luxury brand, the staff care about cycling and go out of their way to help even if you don’t ride a Giant. Good people. So nice in fact I might start saving and buy one of their bikes :-)

Excellent experience, I highly recommend it!! I dropped by without an appointment because of a rubbing/noise problem on my bike. The technician there took about thirty minutes to disassemble and grease the entire drivetrain and rear wheel components, and the problem was solved. Best of all, he did it for free! I won't hesitate to go back to Bikesport for my bike maintenance.

I highly recommend this bike shop! The team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and offers great advice. I was very well received, and they even gave me some handlebar plugs. It's a small gesture that demonstrates their generosity and passion for cycling. Quality service, the kind we'd like to see more often. Thanks to the whole team!
