Great equipment and course for kids. Some of the younger staff at reception need more training as they seem a bit clueless. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The crew was nice and welcoming but the quality of the bike I rented, not so much. It was supposed to be a carbon bike but it was an old aluminium bike with rim brakes. And very, very heavy. Also the derailleur was not at all adjusted, so it was a bad first impression of the bike. The road bikes should also have a saddle bag with tube and equipment but got this in a bag when requested. All in all a medium experience.
